What counts as an “AI conversation”?
A conversation starts when a customer sends their first message and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. One session = one conversation, regardless of how many messages are exchanged.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
You'll receive an email alert at 80% and 100% usage. Additional conversations are billed at a flat overage rate, visible in your dashboard before any charge.
Do I need to pay Meta separately for WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp uses BYOA (Bring Your Own Account). You connect your Meta Business account and Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp conversations at their standard rates. Our plan fee covers our platform cost only.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing options are available at a discount — contact us for details. We can also lock in your current price as a founding member for your first 12 months.
