Every answer the AI sends to a customer counts as one reply — on web chat, WhatsApp, or email. Customer messages, human-agent replies, and handoffs are free. A typical conversation uses 3–6 replies.
Alerts at 75%, 90% and 100% of your monthly replies. When the allowance runs out the AI pauses until you top up or upgrade — or switch on auto-reload and set your own threshold.

Yes. You connect your own Meta Business account and Meta bills you directly at their standard rates — per delivered message from 1 October 2026. The agent sends each product reply as one message, so you are not paying per photo. Our plan fee covers our platform only.
