Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, accurate business information, and authorized access to connected stores and data.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, or to harm end users. You agree to comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Third-party integrations

Our service may connect to third-party platforms and tools. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Fees and subscriptions

Fees are billed according to your subscription plan or agreement. Taxes, renewals, and usage limits are set out in your order form or statement of work.

AI output and review

AI outputs are probabilistic. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and configuring policies and safeguards appropriate for your business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASTROX TECHNOLOGIES LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate service according to the terms of the applicable agreement. We may suspend access for security or policy violations.
